Malgorzata Kadelska was born on May 31, 1971 in Olsztyn. In 1996, she earned a Diploma at the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and, in 2008, a PhD at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Krakow University of Technology. From 2000 to 2002, she was the vice president and president of the ZPAP in the district of Warmia and Mazury. In this role, she worked on intellectual property and on laws about urban areas and their categories. She has also done work for the Cultural and Media Commission in Olsztyn in Poland. Malgorzata's artistic practice is multifaceted: easel painting, drawing, interior design and gardens, greenery in urban design. She is also the author of scientific articles about art, landscape architecture, and perception, and has taken part in many conferences and scientific forums related to perception, the revitalization of urban landscapes and historic parks. She is a member of the artistic association of the AKWE, Art Arrest, Try'Kot painting group, Mart foundation. She has shown her work in more than two hundred individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
