Press Release Service Details

Why use it? The list and links to current press releases published at www.galleries.co.uk/pr are circulated by email to 300+ media desks and journalists on a monthly basis. Press releases remain onsite as an archive after a show has finished and are often linked to and refered to by third parties so enhancing links and rankings to advertisers' own sites. The service is inexpensive and effective. Since a 'counter' was put on the page in March 06 the 'pr' index page has received over 23,000 individual visits as testament to its efficacy.

The cost is £14.10 inc vat in addition to the listing. Prepayment is required.

Press releases can be published on this site ahead of publication of a listing in the magazine.

To have a press release published on the Galleries website you must have a listing in the print issue of Galleries in the month when the exhibition starts.

Press Releases should be emailed to pr@galleries.co.uk in HTML format indicating that they are for publication, with contact details, (select HTML in the "send message as" option usually under the tools menu of your email program Outlook express - Thunderbird etc.)

Emailed press releases should have images included in position in the text of the email, and also attached as JPEGs (72dpi not more than 25KB each).
