The New Gallery is an Artists' run Gallery and studios in Portscatho Cornwall and subject of the
book : Portscatho portrait of a Cornish Art colony. (Halsgrove 2006).
The Portscatho Art society was established in 1984 and the first gallery opened in1985, making
this the 30th anniversary. The name of our present premises reflects the move to a larger space in
in 2000.
The Gallery has attracted a large number of collectors from all over the world, as well as the many
Artists who have joined us to work and exhibit for over thirty years. This is a community of Artists
first and showroom second.
