On her website she explains how she is inspired by the subtle blue, emerald and turquoise hues of the rugged Cornish coastline surrounded by the ever changing mood of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the history, architecture and people of North Africa. Her work includes paintings of landscapes and scenes of the city, but she highlights the seascapes as being her trademark. Her paintings combine lines, curves, flora, fauna and are often punctuated by archways that invite the observer to dally and contemplate. Rosie lives and works in south west London; her paintings have been exhibited in Tel Aviv, London and Wales.
