20 I 21 International Art Fair Now in its ninth year, the 20/21 InternationalArt Fair at the Royal College of Art has become a fixture on the London calendar This year’s 60 dealers come from destinations including Eire, France, Japan, South Africa, Russia and Serbia among others, as well as the UK, with art from 1900 to the present day, in every kind of media. Prices range from the lower hundreds upwards – for all pockets in short! And just to add to the attractions, this year’s special exhibition celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Blitz, featuring the work of Olga Lehmann (1912- 2001), an artist of Franco-Scottish parentage who trained at the Slade and became a celebrated mural painter in the 1930s. These sketches of the Blitz, which were in a folder bought at auction by Agi Katz 23 years ago, who tracked down and befriended the artist, have never been shown before – vividly descriptive, they make for a realdiscovery.
