Celebrating the fact that Wales has more castles per square mile than any other country, Oriel y Parc , St Davids, are showing ‘Picturing Castles’ until November 16, looking at how artists have approached the subject over the past 350 years. At Moma Wales , Machynlleth, continuing October exhibitions include Elizabeth Haines’ work on Welsh mountains until October 19, and Holly Whittaker’s Aberystwyth seascapes until November 2. North Wales Ucheldre Centre , Holyhead are inviting the public to leave their page 42 including work by John Knapp Fisher, William Selwyn, Kyffin Williams and more, also marble sculpture by Darren Yeadon.
