GALLERIES NOVEMBER 12 November 12 NEW SHOWS DIARY DIANA MACKIE STUDIO & GALLERY Skye artist shows four paintings in the prestigious ING Discerning Eye Exhibition at London’s Mall Galleries – 15-25 November 2012 Diana’s Studio & Gallery are situated on a cliff edge overlooking the Outer Hebrides where her work is inspired by the dramatic weather of the Isle of Skye’s moorlands, mountains & shorelines. Her paintings have a strong textural dynamic with vibrant colours and the gallery offers a wide range of prints and original works. Her recent commissions include Scotland’s National Nature Reserves for the 2012 Year of Creative Scotland.
